Bacardi Anejo [ Float]
4 oz. Island De-Lites Rum Runner Mix
Place Barcardi Superior and Island De-Lites Rum Runner Mix
in a cocktail shaker. Rim a 12 oz. cocktail glass with Banana Republic
Cocktail Candy.
Shake and pour into a hurricane glass. Float the Bacardi Anejo and
garnish with an orange wedge and a
swizzle stick.
Variations: Flavored Rums have
become all the rage. We have our favorites so here are some
suggestions. One excellent variation if you really like banana is to replace
the Bacardi Superior
with 3/4 oz.
Bacardi O and
3/4 oz.
Players
Extreme Banana Rum and then
float the
Bacardi Anejo. For
a real interesting combo
mix 3/4 oz.
Malibu Pineapple with 3/4 oz.
Effen Black Cherry Vodka.
The black cherry enhances the blackberry flavor of the Rum
Runner mix. Garnish this one with a couple of fresh cherries
and a pineapple wedge and your guests will be in awe!
Hurricane Drink
Place Barcardi Select
and Island De-Lites Hurricane Mix in a shaker. Rim a 12
oz. cocktail glass with Mango a Go-Go
Cocktail
Candy. Shake and pour into glass. Float the Bacardi
Anejo on top. Garnish with an orange wheel and a cherry!

Variations: We are back with flavored Rums
again. And this time we have some excellent combinations
for you. Hurricanes are meant to be fruity but powerful
so one variation is to replace
the Bacardi Superior
with 3/4 oz.
Captain Morgan's Parrot Bay Mango
and add
3/4 oz.
Captain Morgan's Parrot Bay Pineapple and then
float 1/2 oz.
Bacardi Anejo. For
a real 'kicking' combo
mix 3/4
oz.
Stolichnaya Lemonaya
Vodka and 3/4 oz.
Hangar 1
Mandarin Blossom Vodka
with a float of
1/2 oz.
Dekuyper Blackberry Liquor
.
The blackberry
amplifies the blackberry flavor already in the Rum
Runner mix. Garnish this one with a couple of fresh
blackberries and an orange wheel. Know one will believe
this one!
