Prickly Pear Margarita Mix
Place ingredients in a shaker. Rim a 12 oz. margarita cocktail
glass with
Watermelon Man
Cocktail Candy.
Shake and pour into glass.
Garnish with a lime wheel and a wedge of fresh watermelon.
Variations: Have some fun and add ½ oz. of any of
the following
Dekuyper Pucker flavors that will go very well with our
mix:
Sour Apple, Cheri-Beri and Watermelon.
And again we feel the best Prickly Pear Margarita Recipe should include ½ oz.
each of Grand Marnier
and Cointreau. We call
this Margarita "The One" because when we want it we always
begin our request with "The One" with....
Island De-Lites
Strawberry Daiquiri
1½ oz.
Bacardi Superior
4 oz.
Island De-Lites Strawberry
Daiquiri Mix
Place the liquid ingredients in a blender. Fill a 12 oz. cocktail glass
with ice just to the top and then add the ice to the blender.[This
trick works every time when making a frozen drink. It turns
out perfect each time]. Rim the glass
with
Strawberry Blonde
Cocktail Candy.
Blend until smooth and pour into the glass. We prefer the
Classic Hurricane Glass. Then garnish with a lime
wheel and a strawberry.
Variations: Flavored Rums have
become all the rage. We have our favorites so here are some
suggestions. One fruitier variation is to reduce
the Superior to
3/4 oz. and then add 3/4 oz. of
Bacardi Razz. For
a real taste bud treat reduce the
Superior to 1/2 oz.
and then add 1/2 oz. each of Barcardi Razz and
Bacardi O.
The orange brings out a lot more of all of the flavors in the
mix. Garnish this
one with a couple fresh raspberries and an orange wheel and
watch your guests go wild.

4 oz.
Island De-Lites Pina Colada
Mix
Place the Barcardi Coco and Pina Colada Mix in a blender.
Fill 12 oz. cocktail glass with ice just to the top and then add
the ice to the blender. [This
trick works every time when making a frozen drink. It turns
out perfect each time]. Rim the glass with
Pineapple Princess
Cocktail Candy.
Blend until smooth and pour into glass. Float the Bacardi
Anejo. Garnish with a
pineapple triangle.
Variations: Again, we look to the flavored
rums for some delicious coladas.
However, let us not forget the Chi-Chi, basically a Pina
Colada made with vodka! You can literally let your
imagine run wild with this versatile cocktail mix. Try
replacing the rums with
Van Gogh
Chocolate Vodka and
Godiva
Chocolate Liquor for a delicious Chocolate Chi Chi. You can
rim this one with Chocolate Bar
Cocktail Candy. How about adding 1/2 oz. of
Dekuyper
Melon Liquor for a Melon Colada or Dekuyper Banana Liquor for
a Banana Colada. YUM!
