After many months of working out getting ready for one of her many fitness competitions, Kiki noticed she was not looking as good as she should. So she consulted her beloved 'Island Doc', better known locally as the Guru of Fitness. Low and behold she found out that her nightly beachside rewards of Pina Colada's and Margarita’s were, let's just say, keeping her from looking how she should.

” What should I do?", KiKi asked.

"Give up the drinks, KiKi. It's the only way!", Island Doc explained.

Well this frustrated Kiki to no end. Gone forever were the rewards for all of her hard work. "But Island Doc", KiKi moaned, " there must be a way?".

Island Doc replied. "Sure Kiki, you need to make your drinks without all of that sugar!"

Kiki looked at Island Doc curiously, "Island Doc, I think you've had too much Island Rum. Drink mixes like that don't exist!".

"Your right Kiki, they don't. But you could certainly make your own!"

This excited Kiki. “Your right! And that's just what I'll do" So Kiki's quest began. Being the 'Island Princess', she used all of her resources and found everything she needed to make her mixes. Fresh fruits and flavors soon filled her kitchen. "I can do this!" she exclaimed. "In fact, I can make my mixes better tasting than anyone else." So Kiki, being the naturally adventurous type, began adding new flavors to her old favorites. She shared these mixes with all of her friends and to her surprise they would always say in that friendly island way "Delightful, simply delightful!".

Kiki was so proud that she went back to see her beloved Island Doc and took him some of her mixes. "Island Doc, how can I thank you? This was, after all your idea!".

Island Doc replied. "Then do me the honor of naming your mixes after me!".

Kiki did just that. And Island De-Lites was born. So named after her beloved Island Doc and the reply she heard so many times from her friends.
